Stuck at final step :S

    You really did everything from the last step?
    Sure you were in DFU mode?
    No errors?

    yes i did everything, and im sure i was in DFU mode because my screen was white until i typed " go " at the very last step. thats when it rebooted into recovery mode

    Just open itunes and click set up as a new ipod or restore. lol

    itunes tells me i need to restore my ipod because its in recovery mode though...
    if i restore i will lose my jb..

    Shift + click restore, find jailbroken firmware then use that.
    If you did something wrong during the jailbreak an error will come up during restore...

    ok but then wouldnt i have to redo the whole process of loading ibss and all that, and redo the mw 0x900... thing?
    thus it would lead me most probably back to restore mode...

    No, you have done everything needed to the ipod for it to run jailbroke firmware, which guide are you following?
