Stuck at Connect to iTunes Screen

    So, i just downloaded the new software for my 2nd Gen Ipod Touch, and i think it installed. But now, it is stuck on the Please Connect to iTunes Screen. I have tried all the different usb's i tried different cables what now? Help!!

    Was it an official 3.0?
    Or was it a beta FW?

    I have the same problem. Mine wont even go into dfu mode.

    thats impossible it can ALWAYS go into dfu mode

    i have literally tried it 200 times, ive even used quickpwn to try and boot it

    yes. mine wont go into DFU either. no matter what i try.

    okay i finally figured out how to get into DFU but even if restore i still get the same error

    Do you see the progress bar while its restoring?

    If it fills up (or goes half way), then cuts to the connect to iTunes screen, its a common error. Ive read about it before, but I forget how to fix it.
