You know those hardware things you can buy and plug up to your ipod, that allows you to play your music through a certain radio station? well is there any app that can use the WIFI as a signal the radio can pick up? So you can listen in your car without buying the hardware?

How is it a good idea? WIFI doesn't operate anywhere near radio wave lengths.

What I want is *.m3u support; I am trying to learn to fly, and want to listen to Air Traffic Control; it would also enable internet radio, which would allow local radio listening.

FM radio operates between about 80 MHz and 108 MHz. Wifi is about 2-3 GHz, that's 2,000-3,000 MHz. It's impossible.
