stolen iphone?

    i think i just bought a stolen iphone can i still use it or what do i do please help

    how do you buy a stolen iphone? did you buy it from the mafia or something?

    you can still use it on your carrier. it's not suppose to be on their network anyways so they dont care. you're paying them for service

    i bought it from some guy and i thought it was his till he told me he "found it"
    so is there a way i can still use it or did i buy a really expensive paper weight?

    unless the "owner" has reported it stolen and blocked the IMEI , you can use it.

    what if the owner had, t-mp, rogers, or any other carriers other than att? they wont report it stolen. either way if they report it stolen on att, you would still be able to use it. its effin GSM, they dont protect your stolen phones.
