so have you guys tried pressing the jailbreak button over and over intill it gets past the BSD error and then you have to quit ZiPhone quickily otherwise it will keep looping, this worked for me after i reolised that he means you have to turn ZiPhone off, in the video it sounds like he sez "Zee iPhone" (i kept turning my iPod Touch off) cuz hes European im guessing, anyway i hope it works for you as i have a 16GB too.

yes i hit the jailbreak button and close the ziphone and follow exactly the same on that video!
I already gave up using ziphone.

Check ipodtouchmaster website, downgrade to 1.1.1 then jailbreak and make it to 1.1.2 jailbreak again and using ipodtouchmaster method to get 1.1.4... this is the only way which actually works for my ipodtouch

    Try this:

when the bsd error start to appear, press 'jailbreak' about 5-10 times. then press home & hold button on your ipod touch, till it's on recovery mode. keep looking ziphone GUI. if everything goes well ziphone will continue jailbreaking. and your ipod won't show the bsd error again, lt me know if that worked fine...
