Trying to get a sense of who is staying with firmware 1.1.1 and who is updating. I don't really see the point in updating now so I probably will stay with 1.1.1 FOREVER!

i thought the same way you are right now, but i ended up upgrading to 1.1.2 and jailbreaking it.

one thing i did notice is that with 1.1.1, browsing all of my albums with coverflow would chop out, but with 1.1.2, its pretty smooth now.

1.1.1 forever, even when other firmwares are cracked, i'm sure we could just updated our 1.1.1 apps

why stay on 1.1.1.??? Its a known fact that 1.1.12 is faster. They bumped up proc. speed and fixed bugs.

My only reason is because I have spent a long time to get my iPod to where I want it. To take the time to upgrade just isn't worth it for me yet..
