Status Bar UIActivityIndicatorView

    Do you think apple would really care if i used UIApplication's hidden super powers to show the progress wheel on the status bar?

    Yeah.They are way too strict with that freaking status bar.

    You are allowed to use undocumented features in the public frameworks. You just can't get caught using anything from the private frameworks.

    I use a few undocumented things in Pocket Elf.

    the status bar indicator is not hidden, its a network indicator, its in the docs.

    I doubt that statement is 100% true, because I bet apple probably wouldn't let me add a downloading icon or WebClip to SpringBoard, which are abilities that the UIApplication class have

    No, but does it matter if the UI counts? The binaries will be completely irrelevant to the Documents folder. Try tweaking the rotor power.
