I just jailbroke my iPod Touch on 3.0 yesterday, and i've jailbroken many previous versions before, like 1.1, 1.1.2, 1.1.3, 2.0, etc,

and usually when im in springboard, up in the top, the time and stuff isnt there. it usually shows up in apps, but sometimes its not there either.

i doesnt really bother me, i was just curious

I really dont know the problem, try switching to default theme and checking. Is it there when you dont jailbreak?

Some themes have the time disabled in the status bar because they use the time on the wallpaper as a widget. Like this, for example. Not my pic just found on google.

Remove the statusbarmode key from the Info.plist of the theme you are using.
