If you have 1.1.2 or 1.1.1, they go into /var/private/root/Library/Summerboard/Themes.
If you have 1.1.3 or 1.1.4, they go into /var/private/mobile/Library/Summerboard/Themes.

If you need help with SSH itself, make sure you have OpenSSH and Services installed, then follow this guide: http://www.ifans.com/forums/showthread.php?t=9978

    Oh I know!!!

The first time you connect, you have to leave it for 2 minutes!

even though there will be some error pop up! like "connection not responding, click here to quit"

    do not exit!

leave it up with the error message! for 1-2 minutes!

Make sure that all of the settings are correct:

    1) Verify your IP (yes, it will change unless you have a static)
    2) Username: root
    3) Password: alpine (unless you changed it)
    4) Port: 22
