how can i ssh themes from my computer to my ipod
i mean where i store them?
if you mean what directory, its - /var/root/Library/Summerboard/Themes
If you want to know how, read the sticky on how to SSH
hope this helps
You need the program "Summerboard" installed, it is found under "System" in Installer
(already available-community source which Installer already contains)
You are most likely on 1.1.3/4 so the destination is var/mobile/Library/Summerboard/Themes
*May be necessary to change permissions to 755 but usually not.
Then go into SMBprefs and switch themes.
just to add, for SSHing, use iPhoneBrowser, because you don't need to change permissions, and you don't need to log in. Only downside is that you need to plug your ipod in
That's not always the case. Sometimes an icon, background, etc won't appear so it is needed to change permissions to remedy it...
you are probably right lol, i was just suggesting
i have smb prefs
Then do what the others told you and you'll be fine.
Separate names with a comma.
