SSH Promlem! Please help

    I have installed openssh on my ipod touch.i downloaded putty on my vista laptop.enter username as root & when I enter the password as alpine i get a message saying access denied.I'm new to this so any help would be appreciated!

    This really doesn't help with my question very much.Anyone else have any ideas.I also installed bosspref & have ssh enabled.

    Double check your IP and run it a couple times. It usually generates keys the first time around.

    I have ran it numerous times & restarded my ipod aswel.still not working!

    Try another SSH program.

    I have tried Winscp aswel if that is what you mean???

    Are you sure your on the same network?

    Try DiskAid, it uses the usb.
