I keep getting "Network error: Connection refused" everytime I try to login with WinSCP.

    I have OpenSSH.
The SSH toggle in Sbsettings is turned on.
I put the correct IP and Port.
I put the correct Username and Password.

    Anyone know what's wrong?

you probably have the protocol wrong.

make sure to change it to sftp, not ftp.

    It's already on SFTP.

That's for wired clients like iPhoneBrowser or iFunBox but I already have that installed.

    wrong.

afc2 is the usb ssh file. you only need that cuz blackra1n doesn't add that, but if you jb with redsn0w, it installs that file.
