SSH problem

    so i downloaded a new theme and was trying to SSH it into my ipod touch 2g... and whenever i try to get into var or root it stops responding and i have to abort the operation... i am on 3.0 firmware if that makes a difference...

    has that happened before? try what was said above if not have you used programs like iFunBox free and transfer files via usb to root

    i have autolock off so it never goes to the lockscreen and i am using winscp

    i will try iphonebrowser but i am on an ipod... does it make a difference??

    There is no difference, iPhoneBrowser works for both (iTouch and iPhone) perfectly.
    Actually is really fast to open the folders and you need to plug in your iTouch via USB to mke it work
    I use it and I think it´s the best one

    Use filezilla.....

    Its %100000000 better than winscp
