I want o change the slider and the text on my ipod touch 2G. But I cannot without ssh. I have already installed bossprefs and openSSH but I cannot find something that will work on my mac. If you find a application that will work with my mac also post a tutorial.

Click the download on the right side.

To connect to your iPod click open new connection and select SFTP. The port should be 22.

The server is your iPods IP address which can be obtained under your iPods network settings by clicking the blue arrow at the end of the network you are connected to.

    Password is alpine.

The first logn will take 30-60 seconds if I fails click try again.
When you connect successfully if will ask you about host keys just click allow always or it'll just ask you every time you connect, upload, and/or download a file off your iPod.

Also, You can use PhoneView(or diskaid, free) - It's $20, but was in the Macheist bundle if you got in on that. It's all via USB so it's faster transfers... but cyberduck works fine too.
