I'm running Ubuntu 7.10 Gutsy Gibbon Linux and I have a jailbroken 1.1.1 iPod Touch.

In terminal, when I type "ssh root@192.168.1.5," I get the following error:

    Code:
    @@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@
@ WARNING: REMOTE HOST IDENTIFICATION HAS CHANGED! @
    @@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@
IT IS POSSIBLE THAT SOMEONE IS DOING SOMETHING NASTY!
Someone could be eavesdropping on you right now (man-in-the-middle attack)!
It is also possible that the RSA host key has just been changed.
The fingerprint for the RSA key sent by the remote host is
    c1:7d:63:7d:24:72:bc:16:3f:8a:08:fa:eb:07:6f:c1.
    Please contact your system administrator.
Add correct host key in /home/jordan/.ssh/known_hosts to get rid of this message.
    Offending key in /home/jordan/.ssh/known_hosts:1
RSA host key for 192.168.1.5 has changed and you have requested strict checking.
    Host key verification failed.

Anyone know what to do? It works perfectly on Windows but not Ubuntu. It always used to but now it refuses to work.

I cant help you with this but Cuteftp pro is always better for SSH matters. It helps you get through with things faster.

Well I'm on Ubuntu and that shouldn't make much of a difference. It says my RSA fingerprint isn't validated, how do I do so?

EDIT: I figured out the problem

    delete known_hosts in /home/USER/.ssh/known_hosts
