Ok, I'm on a Mac. Any Windows/ PC users, leave now. In order to expand on the Picnic theme I'm using, I decided to SSH some icons (LEGALLY! THEY WERE FOUND ON THIS VERY WEBSITE!) onto my iPhone. Got Cyberduck, downloaded everything needed from Cydia, downloaded an alternate Music icon, put it in Cyberduck under the Picnic>icon folder, pressed the sync button in itunes, and..... nothing. What did I do wrong?

did you relaunch springboard or reboot?

One of those two is necessary for this. I've not messed with themes a lot but I think you have it in the correct place you just need to pop springboard.
