I downloaded Toggle SSH from Cydia onto my iPod Touch 3G running iOS 4. I launched the app and pressed enable. When I plugged it into my computer (running Windows XP), nothing was any different. From the folder view, I could still only see my saved images. Did I do something wrong?

You have to connect to your iPod via a SSH program (WinSCP). OpenSSH doesn't enable filesystem viewing via Explorer.

    I've downloaded WinSCP. What's next?

get your IP adress from Settings>Wifi>*Your Network Name*>IP Adress then put that in the server name thing and then put root for username and alpine for password
and you may need mobile terminal (version 426) in mobile terminal on your ipod put ssh root@*IP ADRESS HERE* then press return then put in alpine for the password

"Network error: Permission denied." Is there a certain port number?

Well, I downloaded OpenSSH and everything seems to be working fine.
