Hi! I used the mac version of the 1.1.3 jailbreak, and everything went fine, but I can't access my SSH anymore. I tried uninstalling/reinstalling openssh, but no luck. Any help?

    Found out the problem!

So for anyone with the same problem, all you have to do is reinstall BSD Subsystem, and then reninstall SSH.

I was just joking. Yes, I reinstalled it, but no luck. You?

P.S. The only reason for all the exclamation points was the 10 character limit. LOL

EDIT: I also tried ssh -l mobile, instead of ssh -l root, because apparently root changed to mobile in 1.1.3, but it still did not work.

no, no luck. I'm trying the chmod thing that skylar just posted, then reinstalling BSD, then reinstalling ssh. but i doubt that will work.

The chmod thing is through ssh, so you can't do it. That's the reason I need ssh. iTunes won't sync the iPod w/o doing the chmod thing.

EDIT: I think I was wrong, actually, because I was able to run the chmod thing through mobile terminal, but iTunes still won't sync my iPod, and ssh is still not working.

EDIT 2: I am currently redoing the whole process, but this time I am going to upgrade to 1.1.2 first, instead of just 1.1.1 straight to 1.1.3.

    I got it working!!

    1. Restore to 1.1.1
    2. Jailbreak
    3. Update Installer and Community Sources (no ssh or BSD yet)
    4. Run the 1.1.3 jailbreak from your mac
    5. Run the 1.1.3 soft upgrade from installer
    6. Install BSD and ssh
    7. Your done!

P.S. iTunes still won't sync the iPhone apps that I bought
