This gets a little annoying after a while.
I have iconoclasm installed with the 5x5 layout on and when I open a folder the icons on the springboard nolonger move down like they did before, they do turn transparent but you can still see them over the folder and the icons inside.
so my question is, is there a way to change the transparency levels of the icons when a folder is opened? I would think its in a plist or something somewhere.

I don't know but it bugs me too. I would rather get rid of it, so the icons stay normal and the effects aren't so jumpy. Anyone who knows more on this situation, your input is greatly appreciated.

When I do it my background turns black, my ipod shuts down and it has all the icons on one end and it says safe mode when it boots up. There might be an update coming up. That transparency problem happens to me as well try changing folderBG in springboard.app to something darker.
