OK so i'm running on windows and my last springboard.strings was edited by typing

plutil -c xml1 /System/Library/CoreServices/SpringBoard.app/English.lproj/SpringBoard.strings and then editing it in notepad

But this doesn't work for me anymore. Does anyone know if editing the SpringBoard strings is different on 3.0? And if so has anyone been able to edit it on windows?

Use the attachment to open and edit .plist and .string files. Unzip it and just drag and drop the file you want to edit over it. I did not make this, so I take no credit. I can't remember who did, but thank you.
