Ok so i was installing a weather widget for the lockscreen. I accidentely replaced the springboard.strings. And now all the message instead of Slide to cancel it says, "SLIDE_TO_CANCEL" So can soeone send me the correct file? Because i think it's all messed up.

I got another spring.strings file from another thread and replaced the two in the springboard.app and then rebooted. Any idea how to customize it though? Because there is loads of letters all clumped up.

    where can I get a SpringBoard.string file?
I did that and it messed up so I made another file somewhere else as a theme so i need to have that on to keep it the same.

why were you changing the original springboard.string file anyway?

make a file called Custom String Text or something like that. make another folder inside called Bundles, and another in that called com.apple.springboard and put your custom SpringBoard.string file in there. add the whole thing to your private/var/stash/theme.****** folder. then enable it in Winterboard. You don't even need the full SpringBoard.string file, just the lines you want to change.
