Now that your iPod Touch can do so much more after being jailbroken, how would you feel if you had to go back to "normal"? No more NES, iPhysics, Sketches, SummerBoard - nothing! Back to basics - Music, Videos, Photos, YouTube, Safari and so on.

Nothing different. I was on regular 1.1.4 for a long time and I loved it.

I've jailbroken 1.1.4 but the only thing I did was install BSD Subsystem, OpenSSH, and Capture.

The only reason I really wanted Jailbreak was to make my iPod touch boot in Verbose Mode

There isn't really any other correct section to post this. After all, this is "General Chat" about the iPod Touch is it not?

ummm it goes much faster on a non-jailbroken 1.1.4 ipod touch

plus you dont have to waste ten minutes of your life everyday waiting for installer to refresh

i have tons of apps on mine but i never use them, i only really play iphysics, and guitarist.

and with the app store coming out, apple might have us jailbreakers beat.
(except no safari download plug-in or customization)

It would significantly diminish my enjoyment of the iPod touch, that's for damn sure!

And...smart question. Better than at least half the threads around here as of late...

Yeah it seems that everyone is more excited at first sight of jailbreak and then from there it becomes less appealing.
