Commcenter.plist is what caused it to be like that.

I deleted most of my daemons and I didn't get that much RAM back maybe 4 - 5mb I started out with 89 daemons and i'm down to 62. The only thing I see with them deleted it the bootup is a bit faster.

When there is more RAM available, the system will try to use it (creates more stability).

Commcenter plist was one of the ones that I didn't think I needed to backup.. Urgh! Is it legal to distribute that? If so, can someone PM it to me? 4g touch, 4.2.1

Restore, and take it as a lesson. It's illegal to distribute Apple code.

Ok, so I was in the car, being an idiot, when i deleted com.apple.notifyd.plist.
You CANNOT delete that one. I lost the following:
    Wifi
Ability to use any apps with sound
    Ability to connect to computer
    Ability to charge through computer.
Now, I cannot access anything throught my computer, and iPod is pretty much screwed. There you go.
Any suggestions? And NO I do n ot have open SSH

EDIT- I did a factory reset and nothing happened!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
