i was trying to get UITransitionView to work, and i thought that i had finally solved it, until i got this when trying to compile it.

    Code:
    /private/var/stash/Applications.0gidli/MyApp.app$ make
    arm-apple-darwin9-gcc -c -I/var/include main.m -o main.o
    In file included from main.m:3:
MyApp.h:31: error: expected specifier-qualifier-list before 'Settings'
MyApp.h:32: error: expected specifier-qualifier-list before 'Inbox'
    make: *** [main.o] Error 1

i have searched google and tried many things, but have come up unsuccessful.

that error leads back to one problem. You did not include a header for an item you are trying to use. It looks like you're trying to pull an online example like from an app, and they had subclasses of an object called settings and inbox. You need to

    1. understand the code a little better
    and
    2. mess around with subclasses

and then you should be able to work with transition views. You only just started a few days ago. I suggest NOT starting on multiple views until you've mastered the elements of a single one. I alone didn't use my first transition view until 2 weeks in.
