iOS 4.0 Sound louder...

    I found that if you press both sides of the ipod left and right of the home button, the speakers get louder. its weird, its get alot louder... has anyone noticed?

    It's because your cupping where the sound comes out. So instead of coming out and going, it's coming out and bouncing off of your hand directly to you. This works with ANY electronic device. Maybe not in the same spot, but yes.

    Umm your right about something, but no. you dont have to cup the back to make the sound waves bounce, all you have to do is press down on the itouch. lol. no bounced waves. its weird.

    can some one explain how to do this? should I press the 2 grills next to the charger point?

    No just press and hold the screen left and right of the home button with two fingers, the black part of the screen.
