I just went into Cydia to update sbsettings and my iPod has been in a respring loop for the last 8 minutes. So I'm going to update to 3.1.3 or possibly my 4.0 Beta since my UDID is signed.

But I have ssh active at the moment so I'm saving whatever I can.

Just felt like sharing my story of epic failure.

Tethered, and I'm not too worried about my jailbreak, so I'm going to reboot after I save some of my stuff of my iPod. But I'm up for a change anyways.

    Stay on topic.

I'd just update to the 4.0 beta; its an interesting experience. It is a little unstable (don't download music through iTunes.app onto the device; caused mine to go into a reboot-cycle). But, for the most part, it is completely usable, aside from a few bugs here and there.

Yeah, I would go with the 4.0 beta. 3.1.3 would be just like 3.1.2 but you can't jailbreak. 4.0 has the new features.
