... just take it off, you won't break it.

Just take if off opposite of how you put it on.

LOL. I don't like the hard cases, I feel like they're a hassle. Sure they might be the best at staying on (as you can see by this thread), but something doesn't seem right about hard cases...I feel like they offer less protection and shock absorbency.

    You can:

1.Remove it. reĀ·move (ri-moov)To move from a place or position occupied: removed the sonic snap! case from the ipod

2.Take it off. take (taek) To get into one's possession by force, skill, or artifice: Take the case off.

Seriously just take it off no damage done. There is a piece at the bottom which allows you to pry it apart. Or you can do it near the volume rocker area.

Where would I find the piece at the bottom and how would I remove it by the volume rocker?

Just take the damn case off! It's a snap on case!

Use some common sense before you come on a forum and start asking such useless questions.

If it's THAT big of a deal, take it up with the company who made it.

Now if it was a slider case, and it was stuck, and you were afraid of damaging it and were looking for some lubricant idea, then that would be useful. But this is just easy, just take it off. That's how a snap on case works. You snapped it on, now snap it off.

Careful. Mine has a crack because I torqued too hard on it trying to get it off. Just pull it off by the parts that stick up over the screen.

I am sorry for asking a question. It isn't all that easy to get this case off. It has a very secure fit.
