Can I make one of the songs I have in my itunes (in my iphone) the ringtone? Or do I really need to buy ringtones. I'm new to the iphone as I got it like a month ago and I didn't get it with the instructions because it was a used one but it's in mint condition.

I think you used to be able to do that, but iTunes 9 made it so you have to buy them.

convert the song to aac. import it into audacity. chop it up and save it as a m4a. rename the file to .m4r
