    Ok, I accidently upgraded my iPt 3Gen to 3.1.3. Luckily I had my iPt shsh'ed on Cydia so I downgraded. Once I re-jailbroke, I saw, to my horror, that my push notification tab was gone. Underneath the Wi-Fi tab, there was nothing.

    What apps did you have that had push notifications? Are they installed already?

    You downgraded to what exactly? And did you restore to a backup of something?

    @Aproninja
    Sorry for not being specific. I downgraded from 3.1.3 to 3.1.2. I backed up from my back up from March 13(Saturday). Before I had no problems whatsoever before the downgrade

    I reinstalled and the push notifications seem to work but the tab between the Wi-Fi and Brightness is still gone

    Oh, I see, have you reinstalled Faceboo, Sportacular, and Ebuddy yet? And don't worry about that at all, it's cool.

    If your tabs don't come up from reinstalling those apps it's possibly your backup from 3.1.3 causing problems. Usually when you downgrade you shouldn't restore to a backup of a higher firmware, it can cause complications due to aspects of the newer firmware that it doesn't contain on the older one in which you downgraded to.

    I did not backup from 3.1.3 but from 3.1.2. That is why it is so weird

    Edit: Thanks for trying to help me out
