so i've had this problem and it is extremely frustrating. I don't know if someone else has posted this same thing, but I've searched all over this web site, so sorry if someone else has.

I have (obviously) a jailbroken iPod Touch with 1.1.3 firmware. I've been trying, for the past 48 hours to get both GBA ROMs on my iPod and PSX ISOs. I've used both iShare accounts and CuteFTP as described by ways on this Forum, and for CuteFTP, ways described by ipodtouchmaster on youtube.

So i download the bios and the ROMs to the location i saw on this forum for 1.1.3, it's var/mobile/Media/ROMs/GBA and i've even tried saving them to gpsPHONE.apps. NO MATTER WHAT, my gpsPHONE still says that i have no ROMS. Same thing for psx4all...

oh, and yes, i changed permissions and all that to 755 through cuteFTP.

Please help guys, and any help rendered will be GREATLY appreciated..

the permissions are now 777, you should look on zodttd's website homepage from time to time.

ok so if that didnt work....use this command in a terminal (winSCP software i wud advise)
    chown -hR mobile /var/mobile
add on to the command the place of all your Roms e.g /Media/ROMs/GBA (not PSX yet intill update)
    i hope this works!
just for you too know what this does it changes the permission from root to mobile.
