Ok, so I bought my ipod touch jailbreaked it and after a few weeks i noticed that when I was listening to my music some parts of the song (singing etc.) weren't heard. So i restored it and got the same problem. I phoned apple told them the story and got a new ipod (yay!). Once again I jailbroke it. A few weeks later same problem

It is the headphones. That is the only logical explanition other than the skippy songs, or you needing hearing aids.
