yah. They don't go into root. For 1.1.4, they go into Mobile. Download MMiThemer from the ModMyiFone source. It's like the Customize 2.0 theme browser.

thanks, still have a problem with the sh. it looks like it doesn't matter where it goes. it goes directly to /mobile as well.

    so its.

    /var/mobile/Library/SummerBoard/themes/(name of my chosen theme)/icons/

yea but the icons the dock and everything else in the theme should be one folder in the themes folder, there isn't a separate one for icons and stuff

No, that thumbnail file doesn't matter, don't worry.

As far as your questions go:

    1. It isn't called Boss Preferences, flattop95. It's called BossTool, and should be found under Utilities. It comes with BigBoss' source, which is part of Community Sources.
    2. /var/mobile/Library/SummerBoard/Themes/
    3. Yes, there is Customize. You could use the beta version of Customize 2.0, or another modded version of Customize such as Danimator's modded version of Customize 1.21.

    1) No.... it's called BossTool

    2) Hey! Something you got right. But you don't even need all the parts, you could have a status bar and that's all you need... but it is /private/var/mobile

    3) No, it's doesn't have it's own folder. Simply go to All Packages and type "Customize". There is no folder in Install called Customize 2, unless you add some stupid and utterly redundant source.

    "Hey! Something you got right."

You can't say that because you're just contradicting yourself. Flattop95 wasn't referring to there being a folder in Installer called Customize 2, he was referring to the directory that you can find the Customize application via SSH. The directory for Customize is Customize2.

Therefore, you're wrong, so think before you flame flattop95.
