i have now an ipod touch from the first generation.

When i bought it there was no mail, weather, maps, notes and stocks on it.

So i jailbreaked it so that i had these apps for free. this is on 1.1.4.

My question is that i will soon go to firmware 2.0 but will i have these apps or must i put them by my self on the ipod touch.

because i found nothing about putting these apps on firmware 2.0.

    thanks

those are Apple's factory apps that are in all current firmwares. only apps you can add are from the App Store, or if you jailbreak, you can get some packages from Cydia / Installer / Icy.

Haha, I remember installing those apps free on 1.1.x. What really annoyed me is that they were the exact same apps as were on the iPhone all along. They should have been there (on the iPod) in the first place.
