Hi, i thought i would throw some info i found out. i herd that everybody is having trouble with their iphone frimware and i had the same problem i accidently updated to frimware 3.1.3 and i had trouble downgrading so i though what if i took my iphone back to walmart and get another one to see if the new one would have the old frimware and what do ya know it had 3.1.2 frimware so now i just jailbroke my iphone with blackra1n and it worked just like how the old one did before i accidently upgraded.

note: you must be with in warranty. or else this idea is worthless.

Wal-mart doesn't really have to question... For some reason, they'll take anything back, without much word.. Employee's don't really give a crap what the reason is.

My friend returned a damaged iPhone, they took it back because he said it came that way.. Didn't argue the fact it was 120+ days old
