Hello, I have a few concerns about jailbreaking my iPod touch 8gb.

    1) Does it void (remove) my warranty?
    2) Will it screw up my iPod or iTunes?
    3) Will I have any legal problems?

    Regards,
    iJayIpodTouch

    1.kinda, but not really
    2. not if you do it right, and nowadays you have to be reallly, really dumb to screw it up
3.not at all, unless you run screaming into an apple store waving your jailbroken touch around, in which case id say they would only pin you on public disturbance

    welcome to the forums haha

    1. Yes, but you can restore, and there is no trace.
    2. You have to be REALLY stupid.
    3. No.

    question

how do you restore it???? and also...

how much memory does jail breaking your ipod take up... If you had an 8gb ipod touch and still had a good amount of songs and videos, how much memory would jail breaking it take up??

Jailbreaking doesn't take very much room, less than 1 GB, even if you have a decent amount of apps. For about 650 songs, and 2 movies... about 5 - 6 GB. you can delete movies after you've finished watching them. Slide finger across movie title and press delete.
