I bought a replacement lcd and glass and now have it all together. But when I go to put it together, with the back part, I can't get connectors number 1 and 2 to stick so that I can close it off and put my last couple screws in. Is there a secret way to get them to stay put? thanks.

1 and 2 connectors should stay in place but you don't have a lot of room to move the screen around without pulling them off; be sure they are connected and they should stay in place themselves. Once you get them in place and the screen is sitting on the case don't put it all the way together yet - power it back on and make sure everything is working. If it works (powers on, slide to unlock, etc.) then put the screen back in place (makes it a little easier if the connectors don't connect).
