Some apps are installed in Cydia, but I haven't got an icon for them. For example, inetutils which has ftp and other stuff. How do I use/activate them?

They are command line utilities that are used through MobileTerminal. If you're not farmiliar with Linux distros or Mac's terminal, I'd say just don't use them unless you're doing the basics (chmod, chown, etc).

For FTP, I'd reccommend just installing OpenSSH.

U shouldn't be using cmd line utilities unless your a develeper or need to fix an app problem that is only fixable through terminal:

    I see. Thanks!
How about if I'd like to hook up to an ftp server I've set up at home from my pod. What should I use then?
