    The FCC rules haven't passed the iPad yet. There is no way Apple would distribute it to some guy just like that.

    He's not just "some guy" though. Trust me Apple always send them to high profile tech people like him.

    well even though the FCC hasn't accepted it yet apple can still give it to anyone they want, they just cant sell it or lease it in return for money.
