I hear the release today is a bit larger then the GM. So should GM restore and redo 4 or is it not a big deal?

I was also wondering what exactly has changed. There must be a changelog somewhere.
If it's just no Game Center and the no-Wallpapers-on-Touches fix, then there's really no reason for me to upgrade to have to re-jailbreak and reinstall everything again.

Well, the build numbers are the same, so it's probably not a big deal if you have the GM build and don't restore again. I probably will restore because my battery life has been crap since upgrading to the GM.

EDIT: Also, BigBoss posted an article on his site detailing numerous memory leaks he found in some daemons in the 4.0 GM. Things like CommCenter were randomly ballooning to a 50 MB(!) memory footprint. A reboot fixed the problem, but hopefully these leaks were fixed in this final release. That alone might be reason to restore again.
