I will have about $5,500 at christmas, so I am going to get a really nice computer. I need a laptop though, and the reason I need a new laptop is because the one I have is a piece of sh*t (If I took a sh*t and called it a computer it would be a better computer than this one. It has 440mb of ram and an intel celeron m processor running Vista home basic). So I am thinking about getting the Alienware m17x. You can see my specifications by going here: http://www.alienware.com/customize/...?SysCode=PC-LT-AREA51M17X&SubCode=SKU-DEFAULT then press retrieve order on the right and enter this as the quote ID: ChuckMez@gmail.com-1110357

Tell me if there is any other laptop that may be better

How old are you? Because if you're in High School or Going to college, just get a Mac Book Pro. It can play games too and help you with school. Life isn't about just about Games.

Besides, you'll save tons more money if you get those two games for the PS3 or Xbox 360 or better yet, if you know how, Build your own Gaming rig.

If you've finished College. Well, go nuts I guess. Though I'd still get a Mac Book Pro.

    yea, i agree with Teslanaut.
and u will also be able to play crysis and call of duty 4 on a macbook pro
u will need to install windows on ur macbook pro using bootcamp.
and it will still be a lot cheaper than the alienware
also, u can wait for the new line of macbook and macbook pros
which will be even better than the macbook pros out right now.

Yea a Macbook pro's a good choice. 2.6 core 2 duo, 512 8600m, up to 4 gigs (i think) of ram, and you get both a mac os x and windows vista (when you buy it)

Haha, If I were to get a Tough Book, I'd use it to beat the skull in of a Mac Book Pro user and steal his Mac Book Pro
