If I sold my iPod Touch as is (jailbroken, app store applications etc.) and just removed songs and videos and pictures, would the person I sold it to be able to keep everything (apps) once they plugged it into there computer? If yes, please explain what they should do, as I'm unsure and want to sell my iPod with all my apps to raise the price and don't want the buyer to have any problems once they get home.

    Thanks

i think you would have to give them you account information for it to work easily.

See though, here is the thing: That is false advertising. As soon as the new user plug's their brand new iPod into their computer and syncs it, the apps are wiped out.

Technically its not false advertising. They receive the iPod Touch WITH the apps. Its not the sellers fault that they decided to wipe them off the iPod. It's the buyers.

Delete the apps if you don't want them to have them.

Press and hold an app, then press the x to delete.

It's best to sell off your iPod in its default state, i.e. when it came packed in the box... Who knows what other personal stuff may have been overlooked had you sold it "as is"?
