I will never have to PWN again? Will it ever be made possible to where I will never lose my data again when I upgrade to a PWNed jailbroken (if it ever comes) 2.0 and it will remain compatible with 1.1.X apps?

2.0 is jailbroken but the problem is that no apps work due to frameworks.

Is there a fix in the works by the dev team?

It's up to the developers of the apps to fix it. They are probably holding out until SDK where we can go into the AppStore and download their apps free of charge.

People can still create their own apps and not charge.

Also, Developers can just keep the Apps on their website and Allow people to download and install with Xcode (Advantage: Mac Hehe)

As for Windows Users... They're in a Pickle.

Maybe Installer or Cydia can some how Mimic Xcode's Install Function.

Actually most devs aren't going to charge money for their apps. The worst thing I can see happening is where devs make "beta groups" where you have to invited to get it beofre it comes out - then that will only lead to elitism.
