    Just because you can download it, doesn't mean you will be able to run it.

    Look people. The SDK stands for "Software Development Kit" and is for developers who want to develop for the iPhone/touch. It will not be necessary for anybody who just wants to runs apps to download it, whether you have windows or not.

    Just be patient and wait for the apps.
