I was at school, and decided I was in for some stupid entertainment. I go to my favorite source, i-app-a-day, and decide "Poke" sounded fun. I go to install it, but when it went to reset the springboard, it got stuck with the circle rotating in the middle. I then decided to reset it myself, but now it wont start, what do I do?

so it won't even turn on?

Could be a dead battery, but i'm assuming that it's not. Even if it had some battery left when you turned it off, try plugging it into your computer (obviously while it's on) and leaving it there for a few hours. I don't know how much that would help, but my old ipod video had a REALLY low battery one time, and wouldn't do anything even when i plugged it in. So i left it plugged into my computer for like the whole day and it finally showed the "very low battery, please wait screen." Maybe you have a similar problem.

I have... Several times actually, and I want to avoid a hard reset so I don't have to re-jailbreak from 1.1.3

This happened to me when I selected a theme and the Touch restarted the springboard then I circle of death. So i just restored then started the 1.1.2 jailbraking process.
