What do you think Apple will make us iPod Touch users pay for the 3.0 update?
Probably the usual $10.00. Unless they add 'groundbreaking' features, which were already accessible via a jailbreak.
$20, then add something later, charge that something for $10, and include the 3.0 update for free
I'd like to think it'd be free, but that doesn't seem likely.
i'll be free, just find the ftp://
does anyone know the chances that it will be free? I mean, i dont have a credit card.. so how on earth am i going to get the update? Kinda unfair
Who actually pays for the updates
Can't you just download the ipsw from a friend and shift+install?
Nah, apple will make iPod Touch owners pay for it.
And you can buy a iTunes card in your local shop.
Apple only accepts Visa and Mastercard in their app store for Canadians - can you believe that in this day and age?
Yeah - I'll be ripping it off.
