iOS 4.0 So how do i...?

    I'm on 3.1.3 JAILBROKEN, k? And when iOS4 releases , i want to update to it and remove my jailbreak with it. How may i do this?

    ios 4 is only out for developers currently, it will be released june 21st for us

    Thats not what this guy wanted to know @AMurphy^^

    @iPodd-Man Once the iOS4 is out just upgrade to iOS4 and cydia ( and the jailbreak ) is gone. Nothing easier then getting rid of a Jailbreak^^

    If you're paranoid, you could DFU restore. That would wipe every spare file the jailbreak may leave lying around.

    I would DFU Restore if you don't want anything jailbroken on your iPod.

    K thanks evry1 but there is 1 problem.
    I'm using the 4.0 theme with user wallpaperand user lock background but the background won't change! Help!

    Make sure the User Wallpaper theme is above the 4.0 theme in Winterboard.

    Also, in addition to what everyone else said, when you update, don't restore from a backup because the backups store some jailbroken information. Restore as a new device.
