So every day i pulg my iTouch in to my lappy, and leave it to charge. Every day when i plug it in, iTunes opens and " Back ups " and " Think Sync's" my iTouch, well i let a girl i know borrow it, and she put a password on it.

So my question in can i restore it, rejailbreak and re install my backup so i still have everything, so i don't have to wait till Tuesday to get the password. N long story shorter, no way to get a hold of her, and cant loose the stuff on my iTouch. Thanks.

You should be able to restore and restore everything back to your iPod.

If by password, you mean passcode. Just delete everything in /var/mobile/Keychains (you will lose mail and internet passwords, but you won't have to restore.)

I edited my post. And you can use iFunBox or another way of viewing your filesystem over USB.

    http://www.i-funbox.com/

Download it. Then plug in your device.

Delete the Keychains Folder. Reboot. See if the passcode lock is still there.

Please tell me if it worked. (I'm lonely.)

    iFunBox can view your filesystem.
You can manually install MobileSubstrate Libraries, Cydia Apps, and backup Jailbreak app data (for example, MxTube downloads)
