everyone knows about the iPod touch now. But has it gotten to the point where we can refer to it as the iPod like all the other models? Sure, it doesn't have that distinct click-wheel, but do we call the 80gb and 160gb iPods "iPod classics" all the time? Is there a generation term, so it'd be like 8gb 6th gen iPod? The iPt (as I like to call it) still remains distinct in its structure and uses than a "regular" iPod, but it is spreading rapidly around the world. I like calling it some type of iPod rather than tacking on "touch" after every sentence.
