I was wondering if it was possible to create smart playlists on the fly on my iPod, without having to connect to my computer and use iTunes?

Since they update in real time if I change song ratings, sorting speed doesn't appear to be a problem, and being able to sort them with the advanced features of smart playlists would be very handy.

Heres how to make a Genius Playlist on you iPod:
    1. Open Music app
    2. Start playing the music you want to make a playlist out of
    3. tap the album artwork
    4. a bar should pop up under the song information, and there will be a icon that looks like this:

Please Register or Log in to view images

    5. Tap it.

Well..that's genius..can I create >smart playlists< with that? Not playlists that, according to apple, I might like, but this:

Please Register or Log in to view images

I'm also really not interested in maintaining my iTunes playlist, so that Apple may judge it for me.
