hi , i have ios4.0 on an ipod touch 2nd gen

so i installed infinifolders about a month ago. and for about 3 weeks there was no delay in opening folders , then about a week ago all of my folders take about 30 seconds to open. i dont think its infinifoldrs causing this cause i have a folder with 4 apps in it and its just as slow as one with 38 apps.

is there a fix for this?

    thankss

Try disabling different addons until you find the one that fixes it. I would say you should start with infinifolders.

Just try it as a debugging option.

The new IconSupport will keep you from having to reorganize all your icons back into their folders if you reenable infinifolders too.

ok , i disbales infinifolders , its removed every single folder? all my apps are now on the homescreen.

Not yet. First reenable it and see if it's still slow. It most likely will be, in which case you should reinstall it from Cydia.

Try respringing, freeing up your memory or rebooting.
